Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below:

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account with kok33, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or partnership) acting on your own behalf.
3. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
4. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so does not violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
5. You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, contractor, or family member of any of the above of kok33 or any of its affiliated entities.
6. You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform for any reason.
7. You understand that online gaming may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction and accept sole responsibility for determining your own legal position.

kok33 targets Indonesian players who access the Platform using English-language interfaces. Users located in Indonesia acknowledge that they are acting in accordance with their own assessment of their legal rights. kok33 does not warrant that the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction and makes no representation to that effect.

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether using the same identity details or different ones — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and a permanent ban from the Platform.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password) and for all activity that occurs under your Account.

kok33 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, and during periodic compliance reviews. Acceptable documents typically include:

• National identity card (KTP) or valid passport.
• Recent bank statement or utility bill confirming residential address (dated within 90 days).
• Selfie photograph holding the identity document, if requested.
• Additional documentation as required to satisfy KYC or anti-money laundering obligations.

Failure to complete the KYC process within the timeframe specified in any verification request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All Account transactions on kok33 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). kok33 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Indonesian users:

• Local bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are displayed on the Platform's cashier page. kok33 reserves the right to amend these limits at its discretion with notice posted on the Platform.

Deposits are generally credited to a User's Account within minutes of confirmed receipt by the Platform. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. kok33 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers, bank processing schedules, or technical events outside the Platform's direct control.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to deposit funds from an account or method not belonging to the registered User will result in suspension of the relevant transaction, and may trigger a full KYC review or Account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible. kok33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal, and may decline a withdrawal request if the User has not satisfied all applicable verification requirements.

kok33 offers promotional bonuses, free-bet credits, reload offers, and seasonal promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, including any turnover (wagering) requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

1. Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Account, per household, per IP address, or per device, as applicable.
2. Bonus Credit and winnings derived from Bonus Credit are subject to a minimum wagering turnover of the applicable multiplier (as stated in each promotion) before they may be withdrawn.
3. Wagers placed on events with odds below the minimum threshold specified in the promotion (typically 1.50 or higher for sports) do not count toward turnover requirements.
4. kok33 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings if the Platform reasonably determines that a User has abused the bonus system, including through matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated exploitation with other accounts.
5. Unused Bonus Credit will expire after thirty (30) calendar days from the date of crediting if the applicable turnover requirement has not been fulfilled.
6. Bonuses may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

All sporting events, casino games, togel draws, and any other wagering products offered on kok33 are subject to individual game or event rules, which are accessible within the relevant product section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and a specific game rule, the specific game rule shall take precedence with respect to that product only.

Bets placed on sporting events are governed by the rules of the relevant sport's organizing body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton) unless otherwise stated. For Indonesian football matches — including BRI Liga 1 fixtures involving clubs such as Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United — the official match result as confirmed by the league governing body shall be final for settlement purposes.

kok33 reserves the right to void or suspend any bet in the event of: (a) a clear pricing error; (b) suspected match manipulation or irregular betting patterns; (c) technical malfunction affecting odds calculation or game integrity; or (d) force majeure events. In cases of voided bets, stakes will be returned to the User's Account balance without interest.

Casino games provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft operate under the rules set by each respective studio and are subject to those studios' certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems. kok33 does not modify the outcome of any casino game and is not liable for game malfunctions attributable to the studio's software.

kok33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing harm. Users may access the following tools at any time via their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time-Outs: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or long-term exclusion from all kok33 services. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the agreed exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any item in this list constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

1. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of Account registration or verification.
2. Operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity details.
3. Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for ordinary human use.
4. Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
5. Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or any coordinated strategy designed to systematically extract value from bonus offers at zero or minimal risk.
6. Colluding with other Users or with Platform employees to manipulate game outcomes or acquire unauthorized information.
7. Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft.
8. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
9. Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any portion of the Platform's software, content, or intellectual property.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and data compilations, is the property of kok33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The kok33 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of kok33.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Platform's content for any commercial purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kok33, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from network interruptions, server downtime, or technical failures beyond the Platform's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform.
• Losses arising from the suspension, termination, or amendment of any game, market, or product.
• Losses arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, regulatory action, cyberattacks, or pandemics.

kok33's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the date the claim arose, or Rp 1.000.000, whichever is the lesser amount.

kok33 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected through the Platform — including KYC documents, payment details, and usage data — is used solely for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform, fulfilling regulatory obligations, and communicating with you about your Account and eligible promotions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

kok33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Where a change materially affects Users' rights or obligations, we will post a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, notify affected Users via the email address registered to their Account. The revised Agreement will take effect on the date stated in the notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with any change, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by the Platform's licensing jurisdiction. kok33 is a licensed and internationally regulated gaming operator.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the award shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

Users accessing the Platform from Indonesia do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable Indonesian law. kok33 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available for use in Indonesia or any other specific jurisdiction.
